The winter uniform consists of the Scout trousers, short-sleeved shirt, belt, neckerchief, and cap. The uniform will be worn at all Troop and Patrol meetings and when otherwise specified. The summer uniform consists of Scout shorts, short-sleeved shirt, belt, neckerchief, cap and long khaki stockings. Uniform parts, with the exception of the neckerchief, can be purchased at Hall's Arrow Indoor Archery or the CT Rivers Council Boy Scout Office, 60 Darlin St., East Hartford, 289-6669. The Troop also provides a used uniform exchange. All badges and insignia are provided by the Troop at no cost. Neckerchieves are issued to recruits at no cost; replacements cost $7.00.
